We are receiving a lot of queries from patients who fall into the category of being extremely vulnerable, e.g. immunosuppressed, undergoing cancer treatments etc.
If you believe you are in one of the extremely vulnerable categories, we will now be offering 4th doses/boosters of the COVID-19 vaccinations. For you to have this dose, you must obtain a letter from the consultant that you are under the care of, at either Great Western Hospital or another hospital that you attend for care.
You will need to contact your consultant directly to ask for a letter to be written for you. It is not down to the GP Practice to provide this.
As long as it has been 92 days since your last dose and you have obtained the above mentioned letter, you can book in to one of our vaccination clinics by calling us on 01793 536541.
The next available ‘pop-up’ clinic will be held at the Nationwide Pavilion on Wednesday 5th January 2022, between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
