- Represent the community – Act as “a patient voice” giving feedback to both the community and the surgery
- Work to ensure the right services are available to the local population
- Provide patients with a platform in which to engage with their Practice – learn about the services and facilities available to them
- Be involved in the development of new services and changes within the Practice and share updates
- Help to promote health awareness and patient education
- Cascade /promote any projects, new services, workshops that are being undertaken within the surgery
- Gather and evaluate feedback to give to the Practice
