Wyvern Health Partnership practices are in the process of sending patients text messages asking them to follow a link to record their Ethnicity.
Practices are updating their systems to include your Ethnicity to help to inform us of your risk profile for certain conditions, ensuring that you are invited for appropriate screening/immunisations.
