SEASONAL FLU CLINICS
There are still a few appointments available for the Flu vaccination for eligible patients until the end of December.

*Eligible patients are anyone over the age of 65 years old or patients who have a chronic disease such as diabetes.  Please ask at reception if you are unsure.

STATEMENT OF INTENT
This sets out how we are managing electronic patient records and IT within the surgery.  Please see details in the list under 'Further Information' on the right hand side of this screen.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
We will be asking every patient if they are happy to share their medical record with other users of they same clinical system. This is for the purpose of giving you the correct treatment if you attend a walk in centre or other healthcare provider.
