NEW CONVENIENT TELEPHONE SERVICE AVAILABLE FROM TUESDAY 8TH NOVEMBER
From Tuesday 8th November patients will be able to order their prescriptions over the telephone via a new convenient service called Prescription Ordering Direct (POD). All it takes is a quick and simple telephone call - there is no need to go into your GP practice or your pharmacy to order your medication.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
We will be asking every patient if they are happy to share their medical record with other users of they same clinical system. This is for the purpose of giving you the correct treatment if you attend a walk in centre or other healthcare provider. (Please see PDF link at bottom of the page entitled our practice leaflet)
OUT OF HOURS ASSISTANCE
If you feel you need to see a doctor urgently and the practice is closed please dial NHS 111. Do this by dialling 111 from your handset.
If you need medical help please CHOOSE WELL. This is a campaign to encourage everyone to get the most appropriate help. Please remember that a pharmacist may be able to help with minor ailments and A&E is for accidents and emergencies only.
